Food that is colored red, white and blue are most delicious in the summers. They have high nutrients and are considered to be best if you want to be healthy and happy. 
Red

A medium-sized tomato consists of 25 calories, 1 gram fiber and 3 gram sugar. They are a good source of vitamin A and C. They contain a powerful antioxidant called lycopene that helps you to reduce risks of heart disease and cancer. 
•    Strawberries
About eight medium-sized strawberries contain 45 calories and about 12 % of fibers. They are even richer than orange as far as vitamin C is considered. It can reduce risks of diabetes and heart attack and also lowers the level of resistance of insulin. 
•    Watermelon
Watermelon consists of 92 % water. It is a rich source of vitamin C and beta – carotene. It contains lycopene and you can combine it with some refreshing salad. 
White
•    Mushrooms
Mushrooms are available in many varieties and they have low-calorie content. It contains an antioxidant called L – ergothioeineine that helps in protecting liver and kidney. 
•    Cauliflower
One cup of cauliflower consists of 25 calories and it has less portion of vitamins C, K, B6 and folate. They have antioxidants that help you to protect from cancer. 
Blue
•    Blueberries
A cup of blueberry has 84 calories, 4 gm fiber and is also a good source of vitamin C and K. The antioxidants present in it help you to avoid chances of prostate cancer and glaucoma. 
•    Eggplants
Eggplants look like an egg. One cup of eggplant has about 20 calories, 3 gram fiber and 5 % potassium and folate.
